What are the steps for success at Tax Deeds and Liens auctions?
In short, I'm talking about learning how to visit any county in the United State and participate in their auction for either Liens or Deeds and earn at least 12% on your capital. The goal here is to have you capital grow, but what if you do acquire the property? Yes, you could earn a huge windfall if you have acquired the right property. If you have acquired the wrong property you will give away all of your earnings.
